California Pacific Medical Center recognizes that women have unique health care needs, which is why we created the Women’s Health Resource Center. Our mission is to provide women a place to go for current health information, referrals, practical assistance on family health matters, and support from health professionals who understand and care about women. The programs and services of the Women’s Health Resource Center are available to everyone who needs it, regardless of insurance restrictions or ability to pay. Your gift and support will continue to subsidize these services and will enhance our current offerings by enabling us to introduce new, innovative programs. Ways of joining our circle of giving and support:

• Contribute to the Gynecological Cancer Recovery Program, the only comprehensive plan of its kind in Northern California, providing free services for women with ovarian and other reproductive cancers.


• Provide scholarships for financially challenged women to attend classes, support groups and programs, such as the BodyLOVE Program.

• In-kind donations of new hats, wigs and scarves for cancer survivors are accepted. Please contact Diane Cameron at 415-600-1957 or email camerod@sutterhealth.orgabout making an in-kind donation.

To make a financial contribution, consider giving through memorial and tribute gifts or name the WHRC as a beneficiary of your will, trust, retirement plan or life insurance policy. Donations to the Women’s Health Resource Center are managed by the California Pacific Medical Center Foundation, a not-for-profit organization, whose mission is to provide support for resources like the Center.
