Do you yearn to take yourself off the dieting roller coaster? Do you think if you were just thinner you would be happier? Would you like to feel more in control of your hunger and eating, and feel better about your body?
If so, you are invited to join us for
BodyLOVE
A new approach to understanding your body, self, health and hunger
BodyLOVE is a unique 12-week program led by a multi-disciplinary faculty including a nutritionist and a psychotherapist. In this supportive and educational group, you will:
- Learn about the physiology of weight and optimal eating
- Learn strategies to manage your cravings
- Discover useful tools to reduce stress-related eating, and to create more balance in your life
- Develop skills and feel empowered to take care of your whole self, both physically and emotionally
- Be part of a women’s psycho-educational group and discuss topics such as body image, boundaries and self-care
BodyLOVE faculty specialize in eating and body image concerns
