BodyLOVE
A new approach to understanding your body, self, health and hunger
During this 12-week program you will work with a multidisciplinary faculty to:
- Learn about the physiology of weight and optimal eating, the impact of hormonal cycles on mood and eating, and how to manage cravings with the nutritionist
- Discover useful tools, such as mindfulness to reduce stress-related eating, and create more balance in your life
- Develop skills and feel empowered to take care of your whole self – physically and emotionally
- Discuss topics such as body image, boundaries, and self-care in a women’s psycho-educational group
BodyLOVE faculty specialize in eating and body image concerns
