Older adults and their families can benefit from the wide variety of services available through California Pacific Medical Center's Senior Programs and Services which include the Community Health Resource Center, the Women's Health Resource Center, the Memory Clinic, Geriatric Psychiatry, Swindells Alzheimer's Residential Care Center, and Swindells Adult Day Serivces Program. Partnering with these programs supports our mission to provide a continuum of senior care options, enabling individuals to live independently and make knowledgeable healthcare decisions to live life to the fullest in their quest for well-being.
Lifeline, a personal response and support service, is also available through California Pacific. This home emergency response system provides support services and emergency assistance as needed. Lifeline operators are also on hand to simply provide reassurance that aid is available around the clock--24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
