Irene Swindells Center for Adult Day Services, developed collaboratively by California Pacific Medical Center and the Institute on Aging (IOA), is a social-model adult day program in San Francisco designed to serve individuals with mild to moderate memory loss without additional significant health care needs. In our new state-of-the-art facility, located on California Pacific's California Campus, participants can engage in a variety of activities that provide mental stimulation and promote physical health.
Our goal is to provide a structured program of activities in a supportive environment designed to create individual successes. Additionally, our caring staff of trained professionals provides education and support for family caregivers, enhancing the quality of life for everyone touched by memory loss.
