Take a photo-tour of our new state-of-the-art Acute Rehabilitation Center

California Pacific Regional Rehabilitation Center is recognized as a regional referral source for brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, amputee, and general rehabilitation. The Regional Rehabilitation Center is accredited by by The Joint Commission and
the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for the following identified programs/services:

  • Comprehensive Adult Inpatient Rehabilitation Program
  • Comprehensive Inpatient Adult Brain Injury Program
  • Outpatient Adult Day Treatment Brain Injury Program
  • Adult Spinal Cord Rehabilitation System of Care
  • Medical Rehabilitation Case Management
  • Stroke Specialty Program

This International CARF accreditation is the hallmark of our commitment to the highest rehabilitation care standards. We are proud to be a part of CARF’s forty-year tradition of excellence. In addition, we are also accredited by the Joint Commission.

Our Specialty programs are designed around complex catastrophic rehabilitation diagnoses, so that we are able to address complicated rehabilitation needs, as well as complex medical needs resulting from a catastrophic illness. Our outcomes are the results of skilled and committed rehabilitation professionals and rank among the top in the nation.

We track and document the success and effectiveness of our programs through the use of an independent national data collection system. This system utilizes a Functional Independence Measure scale (FIM). FIM is a measure of function categories that includes self-care, mobility, locomotion, communication, sphincter management, and social cognition. These functions are measured at the time of admission, discharge and three months after-discharge. We are proud of our outcomes and are honored to share them with you.
