Our rehabilitation process begins with an in-depth, interdisciplinary team assessment. Rehab physicians and the clinical team structure an individualized treatment plan designed to optimize the success of your rehabilitation process. Our team works with you and your family to structure rehabilitation goals that address your specific needs. Goals are monitored and adjusted throughout the rehabilitation process.

Specialty rehabilitation program components include:

Traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, cognitive therapy, aquatic therapy, massage therapy, family support groups, peer visitor programs, community reintegration programs, pulmonary and ventilator support (when necessary), sexuality education, and optional participation in clinical research programs.
