Rehab physicians and the clinical team structure an individualized treatment plan designed to optimize the success of your rehabilitation process. Our team works with you and your family to structure rehabilitation goals that address your specific needs. Goals are monitored and adjusted throughout the rehabilitation process.
Program Components
Specialty rehabilitation program components include:
