Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program is coordinated and integrated medical and rehabilitation services that are provided 24 hours per day and endorse the active participation and choice of the persons served throughout the entire program.
Brain Injury Program addresses the unique issues of persons with acquired brain injuries.
Spinal Cord Systems of Care provides case-managed services for persons with spinal cord dysfunction, whether due to trauma or disease. The system includes an inpatient component in a licensed hospital and an outpatient component.
Stroke Specialty Program emphasizes the continuum of care needed by people who have sustained a stroke, the prevention of complications and recurrence of stroke, positive functional outcomes, education, and the active role of the persons served in managing their healthcare and improving their quality of life.
Medical Rehabilitation Case Management proactively facilitates and advocates for seamless service delivery to persons served.
Single Service Outpatient Medical Rehabilitation Program is individualized and outcomes focused. The program is directed toward meeting the needs of persons who are at risk of or are experiencing functional limitations.
Multiple Service Outpatient Medical Rehabilitation Program focuses on meeting the needs of persons who have functional limitations that are most effectively addressed through a coordinated service approach.
Additionally, interpreters for most major languages are available on site. California Pacific Regional Rehabilitation Center does not discriminate in admissions, provision of services, or employment on the basis of race, color, religion, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation or national origin. Funding sources include insurance companies, private reimbursement, Medicare, Medi-Cal, California Pacific Medical Center Foundation, and other charitable sources.
