Health Psychology Program
Our Program
The Health Psychology Program provides psychological services for patients with acute and chronic medical illness.Working in collaboration with healthcare teams, we specialize in evaluation, consultation, and behavioral interventions to address a range of psychosocial problems. Our services are integrated into existing medical treatment, including oncology, cardiology and neurogastroenterology, to create interdisciplinary treatment teams.
As part of the Department of Psychiatry, our supervising psychologists and post-doctoral fellows are experts in the delivery of a wide range of psychological services to patients and families coping with the effects of medical illness.Supervisors are licensed clinical psychologists with extensive experience in medical settings. Post-doctoral fellows have several years of clinical and academic experience.
