Sports Wellness
Staying active is an important part of maintaining health and wellness. However, many people who are long-time athletes, weekend warriors, or those just starting an exercise program may suffer a sports-related injury. Our goal is to prevent injuries before they occur. Our staff of licensed physical therapists have extensive knowledge in body mechanics, sports conditioning, and injury prevention. They lead both our private and group wellness classes.
