Total Body Fitness
Total Body Fitness (TBF) is a 60-minute group exercise class that combines strength training with cardiovascular exercise, using body-weight resistance, free weights, TRX straps, and Free Motion machines to increase strength and endurance. Supervised by physical therapy professionals, TBF is designed for adults of all fitness levels.
Level 1 (TBF 1) is designed for individuals who want functional training to improve quality of life. It is a full-body, low-impact workout.
Level 2 (TBF 2) is arranged around a circuit of stations. Each station incorporates a single high-intensity interval training exercise. This focuses on your body's different muscle groups, resulting in a more efficient metabolism.
The diversity of TBF exercises help strengthens your core, upper body, and lower body. Doing exercises in a circuit fashion results in less time needed in the weight room for a well-rounded fitness regime.
