Aquatic Therapy
Aquatic therapy pools are available at both the Davies and Pacific Campus to augment "land therapy" through the therapeutic benefits of water-based treatment. Patients suffering from musculoskeletal pain and arthritis or those who have difficulty with weight bearing exercise benefit from this aspect of rehabilitation.

Community Arthritis Program:
This is an exercise program designed for persons with arthritis to improve their range of motion and muscle strength. Each class consists of a series of exercises for the trunk, shoulders, elbows, wrists, fingers, hips, knees, ankles and toes as well as walking and other endurance activities.

Pacific Campus Program Hours:
Mondays: 9 - 10 a.m. and 10 - 11 a.m.
Tuesdays: 1- 2 p.m. and 2-3 p.m.
Wednesdays: 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 12 - 1 p.m.
Thursdays: 1 - 2 p.m. and 2 - 3 p.m.
Fridays: 9 - 10 a.m. and 10 - 11 a.m.
Davies Community Aquatics Pool Program Hours:

Wednesdays: 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
