Information Desk: Located in Lobby of the Hospital building at 3700 California Street

Directions to Outpatient Physical Therapy:

1. From the parking garage located on Maple Street, near Sacramento Street:
   Enter through the sliding doors. You will be on the 2nd floor of 3698 California Street. The Therapy Clinic is down the first hallway on the left (Room 2742).


2. From the main entrance at 3698 California Street:
   Proceed down the hallway past Registration Desk. Continue past Newborn Connections to the elevator. Proceed to the 2nd floor. Take a left out of the elevator toward the lobby. From the lobby, take a right down the hallway. The Therapy Clinic will be on the left as you enter the hallway (Room 2742).
