Guided Imagery
Guided Imagery is a simple yet powerful therapy with many scientifically demonstrated benefits including the alleviation of stress, anxiety or pain. Guided Imagery is the process of deliberately focusing the mind, accessing intuition, exploring emotions and deepening inner awarenss. Our practitioner will lead you through imagery excercises that often bring about real, positive physical and emotional change.

Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction
Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction is a program based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD, Associate Professor of Medicine. Stress reduction methods include breath work, meditation, gentle yoga stretches, and support. Mindfulness meditation emphasizes moment-to-moment awareness. Once your mind is no longer on "auto pilot," you begin to experience life more fully and respond more effectively. Benefits include decreased pain and anxiety and increased resilience.
