Marma Abhyanga - Rebalancing
This body oil treatment utilizes traditional herbal oils to restore dosha balance through vital energy points. Marma are positions on the body where flesh, veins, tendons, bones and joints meet. It is at these points where herbal oil can most effectively rebalance the system for optimum health.

Udvartana - Detoxification
This unique body treatment (ood-VAR-tan-a) begins with a therapeutic oil massage performed in the traditional South Indian style. Then a fragrant blend of purifying herbs is vigorously worked into the body to detoxify the blood and nourish the outer tissue layers. You will then be “swashed” with an herbal mist that is applied along the nadis, or energy meridians. Your skin is then “fed” with a nourishing herbal finisher.

Shiro Dhara - Flowing Oil Treatment
Shiro Dhara (SHEE-ro-DA-ra) offers one of the most divine and tranquil experiences available. After a relaxing massage of the head and neck, you lie face up while a warm stream of oil is carefully poured onto the middle of the forehead. The herbal oil, blended for your constitution, often engenders a powerful meditative experience reflected in a new sense of calmness and serenity.

Prana - Breath Therapy
Prana Breath Therapy provides relief for allergy sufferers using nasya, an ancient Ayurvedic nasal therapy which opens the breathing channels. Then balancing anti-allergy products are applied on the marma or vital energy points of the head and neck, clearing excess toxins and blockages. This facial therapy is especially suited for those suffering from reactions to pollen, dust and pollution. The treatment includes the use of a neti pot (please bring your own) and herbal oils.
