Irene Fenton

Irene Fenton is a long-time supporter of integrative medicine and has been a champion of the Institute for Health & Healing since its conception. She believes that good health is a balance between science and psyche; in order to achieve a better balance, doors must be kept open to receive positive changes in medicine as well as in attitude.

Irene was born and educated in New York City; however, she has lived most of her adult life on the West Coast. What she appreciates at California Pacific Medical Center is the daily demonstration of teamwork between physicians and staff, and between physicians and their patients. She has personally experienced the value of communication and camaraderie, and is an advocate for excellence in medical care.

Irene has long served on the Board of Trustees of California Pacific Medical Center Foundation. Her philanthropic leadership has helped many people facing the challenge of illness.
