Mat Pilates

Solara Rake has been teaching pilates since 1995. She was first introduced to it at age 17 after knee surgery. She studied pilates at the California Institute of the Arts where she received a BFA in Dance. She is also certified by the Physical Mind Institute by master teacher Madeline Black. Solara enjoys helping people transform how they look, feel and live in their bodies through movement and awareness.
