Nancy Iverson
Supporting Kids Through Crisis
Nancy Iverson, MD guides parents and children through chronic and life threatening illnesses with gentle skill and warmth. A pediatrician for over 20 years, she is dedicated to teaching other care providers as well. This work has been recognized by many, including the Mayor of San Francisco with his Proclamation of “Nancy Iverson Day” in 2001. In her spare time, Nancy is an enthusiastic swimmer who has completed 65 swims to Alcatraz, including two round trips, and completed the “Bay to Breakers” swim as well.
Nancy leads a support group for Children and Families Facing Life Threatening/Chronic Illnesses.
