Mindy Zimmerman, NCTMB, CMT is a nationally certified therapeutic massage and bodyworker. Her work ranges from firm, deep pressure (which releases tightly held places) to gentle, fluid, dance-like movements.

Mindy’s approach to the body is to look at the person as a whole. She works closely with her clients to unlock holding patterns that cause physical discomfort. Then using a blend of massage and movement techniques, Mindy releases the tissue and thought patterns that hold muscles in painful contraction. Massage modalities she combines include Myofacial Release, Deep Tissue, CranioSacral, Esalen style, Medical Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Structural Rebalancing and Reiki.

Mindy’s expertise includes 700 hours of massage training and 15 years as a bodyworker. She attended the School of Conscious Bodywork in Corte Madera as well as The Whole You in Rutherfordton, NC. Mindy completed the Upledger Institute’s CranioSacral training at Esalen Institute, and is trained in Gestalt Awareness Practice and Continuum Movement.
