Kathryn Keller
Yoga
Kathryn Keller, RYT found the light of yoga in 1978 and was certified to teach Integrative Yoga Therapy in 1993. She is constantly inspired by the way yoga fosters personal transformation both in students and in herself. Her special skill is in adapting yoga for the individual, to uncover their physical, emotional and spiritual potential, regardless of health or age--for example, she created a “Chair Yoga” program for people with limited mobility. Her practice is gentle and non-dogmatic with an emphasis on deep relaxation and meditation.
Kathryn is registered with Yoga Alliance as a Professional Yoga Therapist and is a certified Integral Yoga teacher for cardiac care. She is also a faculty member for Integrative Yoga Therapy’s worldwide teacher trainings. Kathryn holds classes in the Bay Area in hospitals and in cardiac rehabilitation and community yoga centers. She is currently in her third year of Feldenkrais Method® teacher training.
Kathryn teaches yoga classes and sees clients for individual appointments.
