Jeff Draisin

Jeff Draisin, MD is a board-certified family physician who has been practicing integrative medicine for more than 20 years. Jeff brings together his expertise in family medicine, behavioral sciences, and Traditional Chinese Medicine practices including Acupuncture and Chinese herbs, to find an approach tailored to each patient. He has a kind, gentle approach that fosters healing change. His practice includes preventive medicine and health enhancement, behavior medicine emphasizing lifestyle change, chronic disease and pain syndromes, and mindfulness-based body therapies. He also has extensive experience with group appointments.
Jeff has taught acupuncture to physicians and was as an Associate Clinical Professor at the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. He also worked as the Medical Director at the Inscription House Health Center, a program of Indian Health Service in Arizona. Jeff received his medical degree from New York University Medical School and completed his residency training at University of California, San Francisco.
