Comprehensive Care

At the Institute for Health & Healing Clinic, your care begins with an in-depth 60-90 minute assessment with a physician or nurse practitioner, to understand who you are and how we can assist you. The assessment covers personal and family medical history and medications, as well as elements of your life that have been shown to influence the course of illness and the effectiveness of treatment.

Stress, sleep habits, diet, emotions, coping skills, and work and family life are some of the factors that contribute to your unique health profile and plan. Lab tests may also be required to understand the best course of treatment. Our physicians and nurse practitioner can work in consultation with your primary care or referring physician. Our goal is to work with you to optimize your overall health and well-being.

Team Approach
After your assessment, your physician or nurse practitioner will offer comprehensive recommendations and a treatment plan. If necessary, your health may be discussed at a case conference with our entire clinical team so you can receive the best possible approaches for your care. Your care can also be supported through classes, supplements and health information services.
