We offer yoga that is appropriate to any age and fitness level, including three levels of senior yoga. Private instruction is also available.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle, therapeutic style of yoga that uses props to deepen the benefits of the poses. It is a soothing and nurturing practice often called “active relaxation”. By relaxing the body in restful poses, it helps trigger the parasympathetic nervous system bringing balance and equilibrium back to the body. This class is particularly beneficial when you feel fatigued, weak, stressed or are recovering from injury.
