Integrative Restoration (iRest) from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Led by Richard Miller and Cam McKinley, iRest is a transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that leads to physical, psychological, and spiritual health, and well-being.

Healing Harp for Beginners from 10:00 - 11:00 am. Learn to play the harp from accomplished healing harpist Portia Diwa - for your personal enjoyment and healing.

Healing Harp for Beginners from 5:45 - 6:45 pm. Learn to play the harp from accomplished healing harpist Portia Diwa - for your personal enjoyment and healing.
Saturday October 2
Chi Kung from 9:30-11:30 am. Master Ko Wong, an internationally recognized Chi Kung master, has been instructing students and patients for over 40 years in Chi Kung, meditation and energy healing practices.

Feldenkrais from 2:00 - 3:15 pm. Kaz Shibao will guide you through a series of precisely structured movements to teach you to relax and abandon habitual patterns.

Nia from 6:00 - 7:00 pm. Michell Kawaja and Zack's Nia class is a body-mind-spirit fitness practice which fuses dance movement, martial arts and yoga into an invigorating cardiovascular workout.

Mindfulness Meditation from 6:30 - 7:30 pm. Sakti Rose has taught mindfulness meditation in hospital settings, meditation centers, and corporations throughout the Bay Area.
