This group provides a supportive atmosphere for the exploration of guided imagery and expressive arts techniques to minimize stress and anxiety, cope with pain and focus on healing for anyone with health concerns.

Integrative Healing for Cancer Care
In collaboration with CPMC's Bryan Hemming Cancer Care Center this free 8-week program supports people living with cancer and offers practical guidance utilizing scientifically-proven healing modalities. Topics include: guided imagery for immune support; stress management and restorative sleep; acupuncture; nutrition; Jin Shin Jyutsu; and yoga.
Winter (8-weeks): Fridays from 1/20 to 3/9, 1:30 - 3:30 pm
Summer (8-weeks): Fridays from 5/25 to 7/13, 1:30 - 3:30 pm
Fall (8-weeks): Fridays from 9/28 to 11/16, 1:30 - 3:30 pm

Cardiac Rehabilitation Support Group
Medical research shows that guided imagery and meditation can help reduce the body's stress response, relieve anxiety, and promote healthy habits and sleep patterns. Group support can help build resilience and confidence. We will use guided imagery, meditation, group process and the arts to help you minimize stress; enhance relaxation; and cope with pain, anxiety and difficult emotions.
Ongoing: Wednesdays, 11:30am - 1pm

Meditation with Harp Music
Join us for a unique opportunity for quiet and reflection at the Pacific Campus Chapel. Guided meditation and live harp music are offered, and everyone is welcome.
