Applying for a Class Scholarship
The Institute for Health & Healing is committed to assisting class students who cannot afford the full class fees. We award financial aid through class scholarships that are made available to individuals based on financial need. Scholarships are made possible through generous contributions from grateful patients and donors. We are especially thankful for Mrs. Roberta Neustadter's long-standing support.
To request a scholarship, please fill out an application. If you are requesting more than $50 in scholarship or financial aid, a copy of your most recent tax return is required.

Please complete the application by saving the pdf form to your desktop, filling it out, signing and printing it. Include tax records for requests over $50. Send by fax or mail to:
