Learn the fundamentals of Pilates floor exercises and the principles of breathing, concentration and coordination in a friendly, supportive environment. Improve coordination, posture, body awareness, and strength. This class provides a low-impact workout for people of all ages and health backgrounds. The approach is tailored to each person's needs so you leave feeling healthier and more invigorated.
8-weeks: Thursdays, starting October 2
Beginner (8 weeks): 6:30–7:30 pm
Intermediate (8 weeks): 7:30-8:30pm

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available two weeks prior to class, minus a $25 processing fee. A 50% refund is allowed through the first week of class, after which time there is no refund. No class transfers or exchanges.
