Nia
Nia, known as "non-impact aerobics" fuses dance movement, martial arts and yoga into an invigorating cardiovascular workout empowering you to achieve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Nia uses physical activity to integrate your inner body with your outer body, or musculature. Nia's repetitive movements give the body a chance to relax and pay attention to details. It is done barefoot to music and is adaptable for any fitness level.
