Nia is a movement practice inspired by dance and martial arts that calms and rejuvenates the body. Along with stress release, increased flexibility, and improved strength, Nia helps to balance the auto-immune system and improve function of the heart and lungs. Explore the sensation of pleasure in every joint and become familiar with your range of motion. Find your style, discover your expressive self, and your own dance.
