Mind-Body Skills Group
Mind-body skills groups focus on the natural ability of the body to heal itself. Participants learn and practice a variety of mind-body techniques including self-awareness, meditation, guided imagery, breathing techniques, biofeedback, self-hypnosis and movement – that have proven extremely effective for enhancing health and well-being.
This supportive group includes time for participants to discuss their experience of stress and illness, as well as their efforts to incorporate the tools of mind-body medicine into their lives.
