Community Classes

Expert Guidance

Our community classes in San Francisco teach fundamental tools for wellness and vitality — whether you want to reduce stress or are coping with an illness. Our classes can help support your body’s natural healing abilities, improve your fitness and flexibility, or leave you feeling more relaxed, energetic, and alive. Throughout the year, we offer free introductory sessions.

2020 Webster (enter through the healing garden gate)

Parking
Parking is available directly behind the Institute for Health & Healing Clinic & Store at 2300 California (at Webster) for a fee until 5:30pm Monday through Friday. In the evenings and on Saturdays, the Institute for Health & Healing lot is free. The lot is entered on California Street (going west), and is the first driveway on the right just past Webster Street. An additional CPMC parking garage is located at 2405 Clay St. (at Webster). Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are available two weeks prior to class, minus a $25 processing fee. A 50% refund is allowed through the first week of class, after which time there is no refund. No class transfers or exchanges.
