Mindfulness meditation emphasizes moment-to-moment awareness. As you learn to observe your thoughts in a non-judgmental fashion, your mind is no longer on “auto pilot” and you are able to experience life more fully and respond more effectively. Participants regularly report decreased physical and psychological symptoms, an increased ability to cope with chronic pain and anxiety, improved self-esteem and a greater enthusiasm for life. Integrative Restoration
Integrative Restoration (iRest) is a deeply relaxing meditation practice that offers you “tools for life” that enable you to rise above stress, anxiety, fear, and pain. Through a series of 30-40 minute guided meditations, body sensing, and breath awareness techniques, you’ll learn how to release negative emotions and thought patterns, calm your nervous system, and develop a greater sense of well-being.
