5Rhythms Movement
5Rhythms is a moving meditation that anyone regardless of age, size, or mobility, can practice. The fundamental principle of the 5Rhythms is that a body in motion heals itself. Music is played in a pattern called a "wave" that includes the rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. Participants move in whatever way the music inspires them. There are no specific steps to follow, no choreography to learn and no way to do it wrong. In this series, Caroline Myss' energy anatomy work will be incorporated into the 5Rhythms movement practice.
The 5Rhythms is for anyone who would like to increase their physical and emotional health, joy, vitality, and overall well-being. Benefits include stress relief, improved physical fitness, and emotional health.
