Our classes teach fundamental tools for wellness—whether you want to reduce everyday stress or are coping with an illness. Our classes can help support your body’s natural healing abilities, improve your fitness and flexibility, or leave you feeling more relaxed, energetic, and alive. Three times a year, we offer free introductory sessions.

Depending on your particular needs, you also may want to work with one of the integrative medicine physicians or practitioners at the Institute for Health & Healing Clinic who can help you develop a personalized care plan for a wide variety of health conditions. Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available two weeks prior to class, minus a $25 processing fee. A 50% refund is allowed through the first week of class, after which time there is no refund. No class transfers or exchanges.
