What is Cardiac Rehabilitation?
Promoting wellness through lifestyle changes, the Cardiac Rehabilitation program consists of individualized treatment plans provided in a safe medical environment. Services include exercise, education and stress management. Directed by your physician, the Cardiac Rehabilitation team includes registered nurses, exercise physiologists and dietitians.

To enroll, ask your doctor or call Cardiac Rehabilitation for assistance. You will need a referral from your primary care provider or specialist. Most insurance plans cover rehabilitation expenses for 8 to 12 weeks. In order to avoid unexpected medical expenses, it is always best for you to contact your insurance company prior to treatment to confirm coverage.
