How The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program in San Francisco Works
Cardiac rehabilitation is a recovery and prevention program for patients diagnosed with heart disease or who are at risk of developing heart disease. Phased programming provides short and long-term support depending on the individual patient’s needs and physician referral.
Phase II: Early recovery and prevention
