Community members are invited to seek counseling and education about a variety of heart health related issues at our Community Health Resource Center.. In addition to individual nutritional and social work counseling, classes led by Dietitians, Nurse Educators, Physicians, Social Workers and other Health Educators are offered on an ongoing basis. Cholesterol & Heart Disease Prevention

Understand the health risks involved with high cholesterol and how lifestyle changes can affect cholesterol levels and reduce heart disease risk.



High Blood Pressure & Stroke Prevention

Learn lifestyle changes, and receive diet, and exercise recommendations that reduce your risk for heart disease and stroke.
