Community members are invited to seek counseling and education about a variety of heart health related issues at our Community Health Resource Center.. In addition to individual nutritional and social work counseling, classes led by Dietitians, Nurse Educators, Physicians, Social Workers and other Health Educators are offered on an ongoing basis. Vascular surgeon, John Long, M.D., will provide a comprehensive overview of causes, signs and symptoms, and risk factors for aortic aneurysm. The most current treatment options will be addressed.
