The Center for Diabetes Services has been providing education to Bay Area residents for over 20 years. We have one of the largest diabetes programs in California and pride ourselves on individualized approach to diabetes management. Our diabetes educators continually update their knowledge and provide the latest information about nutrition, medications, exercise, and technology promoting excellent patient outcomes.

The Diabetes Center works closely with referring physicians providing comprehensive patient management keeping them informed throughout the patient’s diabetes education progress.

Complete and bring them with you to your appointment or fax them in advance to our office at 415-600-6279.
