ALS Clinic
Through the clinic's excellent diagnostic capabilities we have been able to identify other treatable or more benign conditions in approximately 15% of patients who come to the Center with a diagnosis of suspected ALS. It is our constant hope to recognize other conditions that look like ALS and might be susceptible to effective treatment.
Our diagnostic efforts involve a team of ALS experts using leading-edge techniques who work to provide a definitive diagnosis by comprehensive clinical evaluation. The latest in imaging, electrodiagnostic testing, and nerve and muscle pathology forms the nucleus of techniques used in the diagnostic process.
