    Title: Prenatal Non-invasive Aneuploidy Test Utilizing SNPs Trial (PreNATUS)
    Description: Prenatal Non-invasive Aneuploidy Testing Utilizing SNPs Trial (PreNATUS)
    Principal Investigator: Denise Main, MD
    Eligibility: Female subjects aged 18 years and older with a singleton pregnancy (not twins), and are planning to get an amniocentesis or a chorionic villus sampling (CVS). In addition, the father will be asked to donate a genetic sample. This sample may be either a buccal swab or blood sample

    Title: Evaluation of the Performance of the EndoSee™ System for Direct Endoscopic Visualization of the Endometrial Cavity
    Description: This is an open-label, non-randomized, multi-center study to evaluate the performance of the EndoSee System in a clinical setting in a small sample of patients. EndoSee System performance will be evaluated by assessing the usability of the device, including and not limited to: ease of preparation, quality of vision, illumination, suitability of length, flexibility of tubing, and fluid flow. The EndoSee System is intended to provide viewing of the cervical canal and the uterine cavity. It is intended for use in women with conditions including, and not limited to: abnormal uterine bleeding or postmenopausal bleeding, suspected submucous myomas, endometrial polyps, or other endometrial pathology

    Eligibility: Subjects will include females who are candidates for diagnostic hysteroscopy
