Tony Howell, M.D.
Tony Howell is Professor of Medical Oncology at the University of Manchester (Christie Hospital). His major interests are in the endocrine therapy of breast cancer, prevention of breast cancer and breast stem cell biology. He is Chairman or PI of several international breast trials and is the former Chairman of the UK National Breast Trials organisation and the British Breast Group. He enjoys lecturing internationally and has written over 400 papers mainly related to breast biology and breast disease.
