    This NLM Drugs and Lactation Database is a peer-reviewed and fully referenced database of drugs to which breastfeeding mothers may be exposed. Data includes maternal and infant levels of drugs, possible effects on breastfed infants and on lactation, the American Academy of Pediatrics category on the level of compatibility and alternate drugs to consider.
