The following artifacts are on display in the Guedel Center:
- Wooden top made by Dr. Guedel.
- Clock, metal and wood, about 20". Gift to Mrs. William Neff from Mrs. Arthur Guedel.
- Trophy from the National Anesthesia Research Society to Dr. Guedel inscribed, "in appreciation of the pioneer work with nitrous oxid oxygen anesthesia in obstetrics", October 1921.
- 16 wooden painted plaques representing anesthesia societies, each app. 9"x7".
- Hickman Medal Third Award, in leather case.
- Guedel Memorial Medallion presented to Linus Pauling, 1964, 4" diameter.
- Medallion in small (5"x7") book-type holder from the International College of Anesthetists, with Arthur Guedel's name inscribed on back.
- Tablet, 3 3/4"x6 1/4", of prescriptions written in cuneiform script.

- Honorary plaque commemorating the Biennial Western Conference, metal, no date.
- Framed certification of anesthesia specialization from the American Board of Anesthesiology to Dr. Guedel, 1943.
- Framed certificate of honorable discharge from the U.S. Army to Dr. Guedel, 1919.
- Framed commemoration of the Hickman Medal to Dr. Guedel from the Anesthetic Section of the Los Angeles County Medical Association, 1941.
- Framed certificate of fellowship in the American College of Anesthesiologists to Dr. Guedel, 1948.
- Framed certificate of honorary membership in the Sociedade Brasileira de Anestesiologia to Dr. Guedel, 1954.
