    Resident Year I

    Resident Year I -Categorical

    • Continuity Clinic: 1/2 day/week
    • Outpatient Medicine: 4 weeks
    • Ward Medicine: 4-5 months
    • Medical Intensive Care Unit: 1 month
    • Cardiac Care Unit (CCU): 2 weeks
    • Cardiology: 2 weeks
    • Night Medicine: 6-8 weeks
    • Emergency Room: 1 month
    • Elective/Selective: 9-11 weeks
    Resident Year I -Preliminary
    • Ward Medicine: 4-5 months
    • Medical Intensive Care Unit: 1-3 months
    • Cardiac Care Unit (CCU): 2 weeks
    • Cardiology: 2 weeks
    • Night Medicine: 6-10 weeks
    • Emergency Room: 1 month(anesthesia prelims only)
    • Elective: 11 weeks

    Resident Year II

    • Continuity Clinic: 1 day/week on elective, none on inpatient
    • Ward Medicine: 3 months
    • Night Medicine: 2-4 weeks
    • Hematology/Oncology: 2-4 Weeks
    • Medical Intensive Care Unit: 1 month
    • Cardiology: 1 month
    • Outpatient Clinic: 8 weeks (divided into evenly spaced 2 week blocks)
    • Renal: 1 month
    • Electives/Selectives: 9-11 weeks

    Resident Year III

    • Continuity Clinic: 1 day per week on elective, none on inpatient
    • Ward Medicine: 2 months
    • Medical Intensive Care Unit: 2-4 weeks
    • CCU: 1 month
    • CCU Nights: 8-10 weeks
    • Critical Care Nights: 6-8 weeks
    • Hematology/Oncology: 2-4 Weeks
    • Outpatient Clinic: 8 weeks (divided into evenly spaced 2 week blocks)
    • Geriatrics: 2 weeks
    • Electives/Selectives: 13-15 weeks
