Transplantation
California Pacific Medical Center has one of the country's top liver transplant programs. This active program, which is aligned closely with UCSF, allows the fellow to be exposed to a diverse number of patients with acute and chronic liver disease. Fellows also become versed in all aspects of pre-transplant evaluation and post transplant care. The fellow rotates two months on the liver service each year with both consultative care and outpatient clinic responsibilities.
