You are the soul of the medical center

Play a supportive role by providing care to patients and their families at the end of life. One year commitment required. Trainings are held in conjunction with Sutter Visiting Nurses Association & Hospice.

End of Life Volunteer Training Schedule 2010


When:

  1. January 5, 6:30-9:30 p.m.
  2. January 7, 6:30-9:30 p.m.
  3. January 9, 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
  4. January 12, 6:30-9:30 p.m.
  5. January 14, 6:30-9:30 p.m.
Attendance at all 5 sessions is mandatory.

Where:
Davies Campus Auditorium located at California Pacific Medical Center, Davies Campus, Castro and Duboce Streets.

How:
Space is limited. If you are interested in attending the training sessions, please call:
  • California Pacific Medical Center Volunteer Department at 415-600-0374 to sign up for Palliative Care, NODA or Coming Home Hospice.
  • For Sutter VNA & Hospice please call Anna Adams at 415-600-0472 to sign up for home hospice.
