2010 Employee Giving Campaign
As the traditional season of giving approaches, please consider making a gift to a department or crucially-needed program right here where you work, at CPMC. Your donation, along with others, provides the margin of excellence that sets us apart from other San Francisco hospitals. 100% of your tax-deductible donation will directly benefit patient services.
Here are just a few examples of CPMC programs that depend on our generosity. You can also donate to your own department.
Win a Great Raffle Prize!
Whether you make a single gift or donate $5, $10, $20 or more per pay period, your name will be entered in the end-of-campaign raffle and you’ll be eligible to win one of 34 great prizes, including:
Employees who are already contributing through payroll deduction do not need to send in a new form, unless they are making a change to their donation. Otherwise, deductions will continue, without change, in 2010. Make sure to send your form by December 18, 2009 to be eligible for the raffle. Everyone who participates, including those employees already giving through payroll deduction, will be eligible for the raffle. Winners will be announced in early January.
To Make a Gift as a CPMC Employee
- Click here to access the current CPMC Employee Payroll Deduction Form. If you choose to give a recurring gift, the amount you designate will be deducted from each paycheck on an ongoing basis. Please complete the form and return it to Debra Capitan (see below).
- Click here to donate online using your credit card. Note that payroll deduction gifts cannot be made online.
