    Ambulatory Surgery Stretchers
    Total Goal: $34,000 (6 needed)

Patients having same-day surgery go through many transitions — from pre-op waiting areas, to surgery, and then to recovery. Your gift toward acquisition of these stretchers with a flexible design will help us transport and care for patients throughout their entire time in the hospital.

    Hospitalized Elder Life Program (HELP)
    Goal: $125,000

The mortality rate for patients suffering from hospital-induced delirium is an astounding 65 percent. By giving to HELP, you can support a program that trains volunteers to keep elderly patients alert and increase their functional independence. (Gifts are eligible for Sutter health Matching Grant program.)

Paul May & Frank Stein Interventional Endoscopy Center Expansion
    Goal: $2,300,000

Your contribution will help expand the groundbreaking work of this center, which provides same-day, noninvasive treatment for complex gastrointestinal problems that would have required major surgery just a few years ago. Because these procedures do not require incisions, recovery times that used to be weeks are now literally measured in hours — or even minutes.

    Smart IV Pumps
    Total Goal: $75,000 (25 needed)

Smart IV pumps automatically check drugs and doses against hospital protocols to help prevent medication errors. Your contribution toward these innovative devices will help ensure that we “give the right drug to the right patient in the right dose at the right time.”
