and Boutique

The St. Luke's Junior Auxiliary will host the 22nd Annual Holiday Luncheon and Boutique on Wednesday, December 2, 2009, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in San Francisco. This event kicks off the holiday season while raising funds to support the St. Luke's Women's and Children's Centers.

SLJA is thrilled to showcase Kelly Corrigan, author of New York Times Bestseller The Middle Place, as this year's keynote speaker. Ms. Corrigan will be selling and signing her book throughout the day.

This year’s specialty boutique boasts classic wares for the home and garden; upscale apparel and accessories; and unique gifts for the season. Holiday Affair vendors donate 25% of their sales from the event to SLJA. Returning this year are many favorites, including The Hound, Lesley Evers, Paperweight and Toss Designs. Many new boutiques will join us this year such as Hat's on Post, Sarah Oliver Handbags and Green Buddha.

"Believe in the Possibilities" tickets provide opportunities to win stunning jewelry generously donated by Tiffany & Co., professional tree trimming and holiday design by Bancroft + Caballero Design Studio, a winter getaway to Plumpjack Squaw Valley Inn, an escape to Napa for a stay at the new Bardessono Hotel as well as a chance to enjoy the Teddy Bear Tea Tradition at the Ritz-Carlton.

Crushpad and St. Luke's Junior Auxiliary Paired for a Great Cause

St. Luke's Junior Auxiliary (SLJA) is pleased to announce their first wine release with the wine making team at Crushpad, an urban winery in San Francisco. Celebrating 36 years of philanthropic activity, the members of the St. Luke’s Junior Auxiliary have given their time and talents to support uninsured and underinsured families of the Bay Area community. In 1973, the Junior Auxiliary began its mission of support focusing on the St. Luke’s Neighborhood Clinic, offering primary and preventive care with a multilingual staff. This commitment continues today in their efforts to focus on wellness, prevention and education for the women and children of the St. Luke's Health Care Center. In recognition of their drive and dedication, California Pacific Medical Center Foundation honored the St. Luke’s Junior Auxiliary as Outstanding Support Group, 2006 Circles of Giving.
