Generous gifts of time, talent, and treasure

Sponsors of the annual Debutante Ball

In June 2009, the 45th San Francisco Debutante Ball, produced by the CPMC Women’s Board, presented 22 outstanding young women to the community. Each year the Women’s Board carefully selects a CPMC health care program to be the recipient of the proceeds from the ball and this year the Neurosurgery Department was chosen.

We are extremely grateful to all who participated in the 2009 Deb Ball, especially event co-chairs, Cynthia Stallone and Kathryn Urban, and Women's Board president, Susan Malott.

Deb Ball 2009's beneficiary

Proceeds from the 2009 Debutante Ball helped to purchase a Brain Lab Cranial Navigation System for the Davies Campus Operating Room. This image-guided navigation system will integrate surgical and diagnostic tools necessary to treat even the most complicated neurosurgery cases.

About the Women's Board

Since its inception in 1964, the Debutante Ball has raised over $3,000,000 by the Women’s Board for California Pacific Medical Center.
