Have fun while supporting CPMC Foundation
Original arts and crafts by CPMC employees, physicians and volunteers
From September 1-30, 2010, the Davies and St. Luke’s Campuses hosted an exhibit of CPMC employees', physicians' and volunteers’ paintings and arts in varous media. Fifteen artists were displayed, and many of their items were for sale with 15% of proceeds going toward purchase of supplies for the Patients Arts & Crafts Program of CPMC's Skilled Nursing Facilities at Davies and St. Luke's.
Here's just a few of the many talented artists who participated
Voula Sideris
Point of Care Coordinator, Clinical Lab, California Campus
“Painting is something I do as it helps to bring balance to my life. I am self taught, and find art to be therapeutic, centering and a creative outlet that stimulates the brain as well as the senses. I like painting ordinary objects, showcasing them and inviting the viewer to appreciate a unique point of view. Light, shadows, reflections and contrasts add interest and focus.”
Carol Ann Fawcett Engelbrecht (CAFE) “Annie”
